Maumee Paint and Supply Refund Policy

At Maumee Paint and Supply, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. The following policies are applicable for purchases that you make with us, subject to some exceptions.

1. 30-Day Return and Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day Return & Refund Policy, where you can request for a return or refund of your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Exceptions on Tinted Paints and Stains:

Due to the custom nature of tinted paints and stains, they cannot be returned or refunded. All sales of tinted paints and stains are final – we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on these items.

3. Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it complies with our return and refund policy, we will process your refund. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

 

4. Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately for assistance. Sale items, if applicable, are not eligible for refunds – only regular priced items may be refunded.
